Spencer is Senior Quantity Surveyor at Day CM and has a wealth of experience working on a wide variety of projects across the Industrial, Commercial and Residential sectors.

Spencer possesses well rounded knowledge on Cost management, estimation, construction contracts, procurement and tendering methods. Spencer also possesses good interpersonal skills when working with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.
