Sam is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at DAY CM and is currently studying part-time at the University of Salford.  Sam is on course to complete his studies and become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2025. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Sam continues to gain experience through shadowing and working with the whole DAY CM team on a variety of refurbishment and new build schemes within the healthcare sector.

During his time at DAY CM, Sam has gained a strong understanding in:

• Preparation of contract documents
• Measurement and taking off
• Interim valuations and cost reports
• Cashflow forecasting
