ASSISTANT quantity surveyor

Jacob is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at DAY CM and building his experience within the Healthcare sector. Adding to previous commercial experience, Jacob continues shadowing and working with the whole DAY CM team on a variety of new build and refurbishment schemes across the healthcare sector.  

During his time at DAY CM, Jacob has gained a strong understanding in:

  • Measurement and Taking Off
  • Cashflow Forecasting
  • Cost Plans
  • Valuations and Cost Reports
