Rawtenstall Town Square
Refurbishment and alterations to Rawtenstall Town Square, Rossendale
This project entailed the creation of a new outdoor leisure space including planted areas, green space, feature lighting and outdoor seating for local residents and businesses. DAY CM were appointed by Rossendale Borough Council to provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services from concept design through to project completion. The scheme was competitively tendered on a design and build basis, using the JCT Design and Build 2016 Form of Contract.
