DAY CM provided both Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services from RIBA Stage 2 through to project completion. As part of our role, we worked alongside the Trusts development team, their estates colleagues and other Trust stakeholders to deliver clear and robust cost reporting and commercial advice.
The project involved the full extensive internal refurbishment of the existing building to provide a purpose designed day case unit for children affected by eating disorders. Alongside the internal refurbishment works, a new entrance into the building was created, all windows were replaced and there were extensive upgrades to the mechanical and electrical installations..
