Residential conversion of a prominent city-centre building into residential apartments. The works encompass extensive refurbishment of the existing building, including structural alterations to introduce a lift and stair core, as well as conversion of the basement into a gym, coffee shop, private dining room, and conference facilities. The client engaged DAY CM early in the development process to assist with the complexities of acquiring the building as part of a distressed asset sale.
